Honoring Our Beloved Sisters

Cleveland Carmel - Honoring Our Beloved Sisters - Monastery treeWe remember with love and admiration the lives of the sisters who have gone before us in faith. Their devotion and fidelity shaped the scope and direction of our Cleveland Community. We find such joy and consolation in recounting the stories of their lives and how they impacted so many people. The Carmelite Order is blessed to have November 14 as a day to remember all our Carmelite Saints and November 15 to commemorate all Carmelites who have died.

"This union with God’s will is the union I have desired all my life; it is the union I ask the Lord for always." (The Interior Castle, V 3.5)
